YSI's coaching is designed to drive this very cycle. Bring anything to the table - insights gained from practice, new questions that emerged, areas where you want to deepen your understanding.


YSI provides continuous support for your self-development, flexibly shifting our role to meet your needs: whether that means leading the way, running alongside you as a partner, or providing support from behind.

Personal Development Coaching


Free Orientation


If you are interested in our coaching services, we invite you to schedule a complimentary 1-hour orientation designed for the following purposes:


  • Mutual introductions
  • Coach’s review of the client’s needs 
  • Client’s assessment of compatibility with the coach 
  • A Go/No-Go decision based on mutual agreement 


Following the orientation, if you choose to proceed with coaching, you can then determine your preferred frequency, duration, and start date.

Session Formats


  • Face-to-face 1:1 (Southeast Michigan only)
  • Online 1:1 (Zoom, Teams)



Fee


  • $200 / hour
  • You may cancel, pause, or resume your sessions at any time.

Payment Method


  • After session frequency, duration, and start date are determined, YSI will issue an invoice outlining payment details. 
  • Payment is due after the completion of your session.
