Steps to Enroll
3 easy steps!

- For those interested in the CEO Powerhouse, the first step is to participate in a free 1-hour trial session with the following objectives:
- Mutual introductions
- Brief explanation and Q&A for each module
- YSI confirmation of participant needs
- Your confirmation of the value of participation and compatibility with the instructor
- Go/No-Go decision based on mutual agreement
The free trial session is typically conducted online, but if you are in Southeast Michigan, face-to-face sessions are also possible.
- After the trial session, those who wish to enroll will proceed with program customization:
- Selection of modules to be taken
- Selection of training format
- Then, in consultation with YSI, the date and location will be decided.

- The date and time will be decided through discussion.
Delivery of Lecture Materials (Free)
- All materials are bilingual (English/Japanese).
- The lecture materials are copyrighted; please do not forward them.
- If you quote any part of the lecture materials in other works, please include proper source attribution.
Invitation to Participant Networking Events
- Casual gatherings for meals and drinks aimed at mutual learning and networking among participants
- Planned to be held several times a year

Training Formats
- Face-to-face 1:1 (southeast Michigan only)
- Online 1:1 (Teams, Zoom)
Training Duration
- 2.5 hours per Module
- While the standard is one module per day, we can accommodate two modules per day if you prefer.
Fees
- 1 Module: $600 per person
- 2 Modules: $1,170 per person (2.5% discount)
- 3 Modules: $1,710 per person (5% discount)
- 4 Modules: $2,220 per person (7.5% discount)
- 5 Modules: $2,700 per person (10% discount)
- 6 Modules: $3,150 per person (12.5% discount)
- 7 Modules: $3,570 per person (15% discount)
Payment Method
- After finalizing the training content, we'll send you an invoice detailing the modules selected, training format, schedule, location, and payment method.
- Payment is required before the course begins, but in case of cancellation, we'll refund the full amount without any cancellation fees.
- If you decide to terminate during the course, we'll refund the fees for the modules you haven't taken.
