How does YSI differentiate between Training, Coaching, and Consulting?List Item 3
We tailor these three services based on each client’s needs.
For those who want to build the knowledge and skills required of senior leaders - or who wish to learn the fundamentals of management and apply them directly to their current role - we recommend CEO Powerhouse, our leadership training program.
Coaching is positioned as support for turning what you learned in training into practical, applicable wisdom in the workplace. Some clients choose to receive coaching without taking the training, while others start with coaching and enroll in CEO Powerhouse later if they feel the need.
Consulting is designed for clients who seek advice on specific management challenges or who want external, objective feedback on their business issues.
Although the three services differ in format, they all share the same purpose: to share and enable our clients to utilize the expertise and insights that YSI has.

What makes YSI’s coaching service unique?
The key feature of YSI Coaching is that the same instructor who leads the CEO Powerhouse training also serves as your coach. This allows us to provide the kind of detailed, personalized follow-up that becomes especially important after the training.
Many people have experienced this: during the training, everything feels clear - “I get it!” - but when you try to apply it in the real world, you suddenly find yourself thinking, “Wait… how does this work again?”
Or perhaps you’ve wished you could ask the instructor directly about new questions that emerged only after you started putting the ideas into practice.
This is exactly why YSI offers coaching. Our purpose is to walk with you through the process of turning knowledge into wisdom. The concepts taught in CEO Powerhouse only gain real value when they become practical tools you can use in your daily work.

Is it correct to understand that the obligation to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive and personal information is included in the consulting and coaching agreements?
Yes, the confidentiality clause is included within the contract, which also outlines the scope of services provided. We recognize that discussing and mutually agreeing upon the entire contract, including confidentiality obligations, is a beneficial and necessary process for both parties.

What is YSI’s core value?
Our core value is simple yet foundational: respect and gratitude for every individual’s uniqueness.
